When We Are Closed

In the event of an emergency when the surgery is closed between 6.30pm and 8am please telephone 111.

Your needs will be assessed, and advise offered, or arrangements made for you to see a clinician. If the out of hours (OOH) service decides that the problem is not of an urgent nature you will be asked to contact the surgery during normal working hours. If the OOH service advises you need to be seen urgently you must be prepared to travel to the appointment as arranged with them.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
